« This is a great, modern and very recently renovated rental unit with a large deck set amongst lush green gardens, trees and bushes. There is a view of Hahei Beach which is only a short walk down the street. The centre of Hahei with a bunch of shops and restaurants is 3 minutes away walking. We were very happy with everything. On arrival the owner greeted us and was very helpful in every way. Highly recommended. This rental unit is very comfortable, convenient and set in a stunning location....

« We really enjoyed our 4 day stay. The views from the house and deck are stunning during the day and by night the stars are amazing! We enjoyed our climb up Paku hill and walk to the beach, as well as trips to Whangamata, Cathedral Cove and Whitianga. The creaks and bangs can be noisy - as mentioned by others - but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. »

« La vue est superbe, environnement très calme. Hot water beach accessible à pied et la plage est magnifique. La maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes, mais je déconseille d’y aller à trop de monde car il n’y a qu’une salle de bain, petite. Il y a le wifi mais je crois que ce n’est pas illimité. Attention, le micro onde ne s’éteint pas tout seul, il faut couper le contact de la prise. Bien équipé pour 4. La maison n’accepte pas les animaux mais j’ai pas dormi la première nuit car la chambre...

« This is an older home, a time capsule from the 1970s. Has been well maintained, bathroom has been updated. Has a newer conservatory on the front deck. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Beach access is directly across road. Road noise is not terrible, traffic all but disappears at dusk »

« We were a family of five plus two extra teenagers. We enjoyed our stay at WhangaBach. It is in a great location - a couple of minutes walk to town and only a few more to the beach. It's a very spacious section, so lots of room for cars, bikes and games. It has a lot of beds, although the bunk room in the house is very small. We found it comfortable for seven people and the sleepout is fairly spacious and convenient with it's own bathroom and small kitchenette. »

« I've walked past this little bach many times over the years and admired it, but staying in it was so much better than expected. The comfort, the proximity to the beach, the views and the outdoor shower with a proper door you close and hot water, was Heavenly. The bar straight off the kitchen totally enhances this bach experience we loved it. My teenage daughter loved the bunk cubby. We'll be back for sure. »
