« We stayed for a long but rainy and coldish weekend and tried to get the only possible heat source in the house going (a wood burner in the living room)... For that, we had to buy matches and fire starters because none of that was in the house. But even after that, we didn't succeed (likely because of a blocked chimney). We called bachcare who promised to inform the property manager but neither of them ever called back. There were was also no shower gel or shampoo and the bathroom door...
