« This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! »

« I stayed at The Inn on the River for my son's wedding in Pigeon Forge at the end of January. We asked for an upgrade to the river side and the front desk was very accommodating. Brandon, in particular, was incredibly helpful when I needed the "mother of the groom" speech printed. (The "business center" was pretty ineffective with an ancient computer, so Brandon helped!) Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and very professional. It is right on the main street and close to so much....
