The oceanfront location is nestled ideally between Key Largo and Islamorada, offering the best of both worlds. It is just steps away from all the Keys have to offer: the world's best fishing, diving, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. \- Sleeps 4, with a Queen-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, and a convertible chair that folds out for a small child in the living room. Perfect for families on a budget. \- New Stainless Steel Appliances \- Convenient In-unit WASHER/DRYER; \- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, blender, kitchen utensils, plates, and cookware. Please don't plan on cooking a robust, big meal like Thanksgiving. I provide the basics. MARINA/BOAT ACCESS: Marina dock space and boat parking/storage are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rentals can be arranged through our Marina Dock Master with proof of Liability Insurance. You can apply for rentals up to two weeks before your arrival. So that you know, JETSKIS are prohibited on the property or the marina. If you arrive with a Jetski or a boat without a boat slip or trailer parking reservation, you will be turned away at the gate and unable to stay in the condo at your own expense. Our on-site MARINA can accommodate boats up to 28ft in length. Slip rental is available for $4 per foot per day, and boat trailer parking is $40 per day (free with slip rental).
