Are you looking for a unique getaway and a little fun? This cheerful South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for a great time. Spend your days by the pool, playing mini golf, grilling, and enjoying the fire pit at night. It is centrally located in South Tampa, within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa. The nearest beautiful beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.

Perfect getaway
Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was as described, beds were comfortable, pool, hot tub, and backyard were very enjoyable for our quick 2 night stay. We would definitely book again. We had a concert at the amphitheater and it was an easy 20 minute drive.

Enjoyable. Communication could have been better, while there. Will say that Check-in and check-out was smooth and communicated well. Just an FYI..recycle pick up is Tuesday. Trash is Tuesday and Friday.

Neighborhood Gem, Convenient to Everything
This nicely renovated house is in a quiet Tampa neighborhood that is convenient to both St Petersburg and downtown Tampa. If you stay in the summer, consider bringing along a few extra fans, as the outdoor heat made it hard for the whole house to cool. Otherwise, our stay was as flawless as the landscaping and we will definitely rebook when we return to the area!

Just what we were looking for
Property was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had plenty of room and even though it was very cold in Florida when we were there, we enjoyed the patio, fire pit, and putting green. There were a few items that needed attention and my communications with the property manager got immediate replies each time.

Booked this place last min after my other reservation got cancelled. Overall we liked the place, it's spacious, beds are comfortable, check in and check out process was very easy, and hot tub was definitely a plus since it was too cold to use the pool. Host charges a 75 fee for an extra 2h for early check in and late check out. Cleaning team needs to be more thorough- bathtub and shower were dirty, as well as bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and under bed. Couch is very comfy but has a huge stain, as well as the cushions outside. Outdoor area needs more lighting as it's completely dark at night and staying out becomes difficult. Kitchen had everything we needed, except for kitchen towels and oven mitts. Host did not reply to my message about the house being dirty.

Overall nice place
The neighbors were very noisy but the house was nice and we had what we needed for the night. Kevin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The lawn care and pool companies came during our one night stay. A/C worked great! Backyard setup was very awesome and fun!

Great home for our short Vacay!
My family and I definitely enjoyed this home! We had a short family vacation to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was so relaxing. After being out all day in the heat, coming back to a pool all to ourselves was nice!! The communication with the property manager was great! She answered all my messages and concerns (in the beginning) right away! I had never booked a air bnb and was overthinking everything but she made me feel better. The location was perfect and Walmart is like 1 min away! We will definitely be booking this home again!

Great place. Zero communication
If you want to check in early 75$ fee- the place is fantastic very nice. But I had zero replies from the hosts the entire time. Also something to note there's some sort of maintenance person coming by at least everyday of the week. So just something to keep in mind. The property is great and very well taken care of but just some things to keep in mind. We even tried to extend the stay but never heard a reply from hosts.

Good Location
Good location to Raymond James & downtown. Nice back door set up, landscaping was pretty. Apartment complex direct behind (no issues), surrounding homes were not as well kept, neighbor next door smoking marijuana frequently on his front porch. Maintenance 3/5 - many things were overlooked and should have been repaired. Cleanliness 3/5. The kitchen lacked several basics such as a frying pan larger than 6”, property manager did bring a larger one the day after we arrived, no pot holders/oven mitts. Beds were comfortable. Towels have seen better days. It worked but the price was hefty.
