Come and enjoy a home away from home! A beautiful quiet neighborhood - 15 min toTPA & Lowry Park Zoo, 20 min to Downtown, Soho & Busch Gardens! Just a short drive to Florida’s best beaches and only 2hrs from Disney! Spacious home with 4 big bedrooms, 2.5 baths, personal parking, large kitchen, living room, family room, and best of all...your own personal backyard oasis with a screened in pool and a self closing safety fence to protect your little ones and keep them safe from the pool!

Spacious home with bigger bedrooms and lots of space on main floor for seating and entertainment. With two dining tables, two living rooms, and a very large backyard, your family and friends will have the space to kick back and relax.

The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials you'll need to prepare a formal meal! Washer and dryer located in the garage area for any laundry you may need to do on your trip! The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with ample closet space.

Pool is not heated.

Wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks for walks/biking. Private pool area with large patio and wooded backyard for privacy. Very peaceful! The home is located close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, retail, etc.
You will have access to the entire home and backyard!

Amazing Get away Retreat
The House Exceeded our expectations. It was very Comfortable so much Seating areas 2 dining areas and a Living room and a family Room. There was so much Seating areas that us as a family was not on top of each other which we Love Love that. Beautiful Quaint Family Neighborhood And Very Quiet. Love that The Pool Area was Enclosed and That it was very Secluded. And the Child Safety fence was a security bonus for us. This house had an over abundance of Cookware, Dishes, Cups utensils and Etc. Everyone Said that their beds and Were Comfortable and the rooms were Cozy and very Clean. Even had A stack of Seasonings Racks just in case. We got into a bit of a Jam Locking the back door with another Code but management team made sure we got it settled and we was able to getbin there to get to the Garage cans to get the trash out to the curb before our departure. I only mention it because bless her heart they thought the cleaner lock it but it was our mistake. We recommend this House and the family says its a 10 out 10 And the shops Publix, Dollar Tree, Five Below and Many Eating Spots are only 10 minutes away. We had a Ball its stuff definitely further but if you want to dash out for anything its close. Love Your House You all Rock. 🙏🙏🙏🙂🙂🙂

Just Ok!
The stay was just ok. Would I rent again? NO! The house being older was not a problem for us, since we use to stay in a older home ourselves. Check in was easy. Shower heads either need better cleaning or to be replaced. When you turn them on water shoots in different directions, getting the floor and wall area that is not tiled wet. I did not like the confusion of the checkout process. You get emailed one thing but arrive at the home with a paper stating different instructions so it's confusing. My kids couldn't enjoy the pool in the evening time due to holes in the lanai screen and mosquitoes getting in. Chairs and cushions outside were full of mold as well as the toys, so we couldn't just sit out there to enjoy the pool. It does state if you are a smoker to discard of the butts. There were lots of butts on the side of the pool area when we arrived as well. Our overall stay was just decent.

Great Location
We were in town for a family event and this location was ideal. The house was clean, location is close to everything and the process to rent was fine. We had one minor issue with air conditioning and the property manager responded immediately and resolved the issue right away. Will be back the next time we visit family in Tampa.

Clean and pleasant
I would say the 4.8/5 excellent rating that I saw on VRBO was overstated. Maybe 3.5 to 4 is more accurate. Home is pleasant, clean (although could use new shower curtain liners) and in a great location for a wedding at SoireEstate, but as another person noted it is dated (early 80's is my guess). The pool cage was completely covered in pine needles, so it wasn't as pretty as expected (although too cold to swim in January). Nice kitchen countertops and sufficient cooking equipment. Had a new Keurig coffee maker (helpful to know when grocery shopping), plus a coffee pot as well.

Fall stay in Tampa
The house is older than it appears in the pictures, there is plenty of space to spread out with 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms. I would suggest a tv in the first living room. The kitchen could be better equipped, the coffee maker should be replaced and there is 1 frying pan that is in rough shape. I was able to get by with what was provided. The pool is beautifully maintained and my kids loved having that activity, there are a few noodles and toys provided at the property. Overall it was a great location to the family we were visiting and many restaurants and shopping nearby, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in the Tampa area
A handful of us on staff at a church in Ft. Myers came up to Tampa for a couple days of meetings. This spot was in a great looking neighborhood and the house provided a wonderful space to unplug and hangout after a couple long days. Everything was as advertised - no complaints. Thanks for a great stay!
