The staff general and at breakfast was very friendly all the time! Great plus!
The waiting time for a coffee at breakfast was sometimes up to 20minutes. Every second time the milk for my tea was missing.
One empty plate was taken away, the other not. There is definitely more service training necessary for the staff. I don’t want to blame them, because they were all very kind and friendly. Just sometimes maybe a bit shy and lacking of a good service training. The ones who teach and train them are responsible. Organization and duties/duty areas during breakfast could be trained better as well as a bit better Englisch.
At check in we received a voucher for a fruit plate. On our last afternoon at the pool we ordered the plate at the restaurant, but it was never served.
At check out we mentioned this unsatisfying situation. As a compensation we asked if they would pay our minibar and laundry bill of 140 Baht (4€!). But that was not possible! This unfortunately leaves a bad taste at the end of a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed the time at Little Shore very much and had a wonderful relaxed holiday. The little things would help to make a complete nice picture of it. Dealing with guests in this way doesn‘t. It would be so easy to make a guest feel to be taken serious und honored. Still some lessons to learn for Little Shore. We didn’t even complain that the fruits were not served and are not angry about the 4 Euros, but disappointed about the way this tiny problem was handled.
