« Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ski storage/drying room was much appreciated. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the onsite restaurant - tried it once for breakfast and found the portion sizes to be small for the high price. Dining options were somewhat limited in town for a place with “dinner” in its name but the food at the two local pubs was decent. Easy access to Hotham with shuttles running hourly. »

« We stayed in a motel room. This was located in a separate, beautifully renovated homestead on the property. There were four rooms in this building and ours was lovely. All have access to the expansive, wisteria-covered verandah surrounding the 'house'. »

« The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!! »

« Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. « We've been visiting the area for 40 years now and returned for a weekend of kayaking on the Mitta. Communication with Joanne was outstanding and everything was as expected or better. It's a great location, just a short walk from the Golden Age but facing towards the West with big views of the countryside. We particularly appreciated sitting out around the fire pit.
