The spacious living room features tall ceilings, a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, plush seating, and a flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing together. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find ample counter space, a breakfast bar for chatting with loved ones, and all the appliances needed to whip up family-favorite meals. During the summer, fire up the gas grill on the scenic wraparound deck while others unwind in the private hot tub, taking in the surrounding beauty. For added entertainment, head downstairs to the game room, complete with a pool table, more seating, and another flatscreen TV. Central air-conditioning ensures everyone stays cool on warm summer nights.

Although secluded in the best way, Deep Creek Lake is just a short walk or drive away, with access to a private boat slip (summer only), two swim docks, a kayak launch, picnic tables, and a firepit. Whether you're boating, fishing, swimming, or just taking in the views, the lake is a perfect spot for making lasting memories. Nearby hiking and biking trails lined with stunning foliage are ideal for exploring the great outdoors. The Discovery Center and Deep Creek Lake State Park, both less than two miles away, offer hiking trails and sandy beaches for even more adventure. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to use the community dock, slip B3, but they MUST have a parking pass and boat slip (located in the home). Guests are able to use bath house, kayak launch, and swim dock as well.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
