« I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. « Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. »

« The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell...
