« Property is up on the hill with very bad drive way. The driveway damaged our new car. The rooms and toilets were not clean and had bad odor. Bad odor coming from refrigerators. Loud music coming from nearby houses till 3 am and dogs barking on the street all night. Only positive was the security guard at the property who was super helpful and watched our car all night which we had to park on the street due to bad drive way. »

« Love the apartment, the proximity to the campus, shopping mall, sports complex, food courts etc... all the amenities and supplies were provided. I just wished i had been informed well in advance on the steps to follow in order to access the property. This had costs me a night payment for nothing, and had to pay extra to spend the night in another hotel. But overall, it is a lovely place to stay... it just feels like home away from home. Great for a family. Would recommend to anyone traveling to...

« Best location, clean unit. Easily accessible to the downtown & taxi. Owner was very helpful. We had booked One Bedroom appartment, but considering our old age & my hip replacement surgery, she gave us ground floor unit for the same price. We would recommend everyone to go for Fox Homestay appartment. We will come back to the same place again. »

« If you are happy smelling sewer methane vent outside your lounge window then stay here. Kitchen has gas stove, take your matches, fly spray for mosquitoes , toaster does not work,cleanliness was 2/10, shocked to see my toilet pan with someone else's remains there, which tells me it was not cleaned. Towel rail fell off and benches looked as not cleaned. Driveway is extremely steep, and moss covered, if you fall, you will scrape yourself and clearly get seriously hurt-no railing to hold onto. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. « The property driveway is impossible to navigate in normal clearance vehicles. While our driver tried unsuccessfully to drive up to the house, two men appeared, apparently to help but stole all my friends identifying documents , passport, driver license, money, travel cards and phone. « Thank you we loved staying at this property because it was closer to my family home. We both felt safe living in this property and we didnt experience any theft.Transport was not a problem and we liked how the property had air conditioning. It was too humid for us. « This is an apartment building with a room or two converted into a hotel stay. The room we stayed at had a small living room with an open kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The furniture and amenities were quite filthy. The bathroom sink was so grossed that we decided to use the kitchen sink instead. The couch was very old and had large stain marks everywhere. The bed was not comfortable. Luckily, we only needed to stay at the hotel overnight for our quick visit in Suva. »

Amazing staff

"Le Tanoa plaza est très bien situé non loin du centre ville et des attractions. Les chambres sont très propres, les lits confortables. Très belle vue de la chambre au 5 eme étage. Mais le point fort de cet hôtel est son personnel et son excellent service client. Le personnel ( de la réception, du restaurant, du nettoyage…..) est très accueillant, toujours souriant et efficace. Un grand merci à eux ( Sophie, Vakarewa, ……..) d’avoir rendu ce séjour très agréable."
