With modern Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and updated lighting throughout, large screen TV in the living room, updated kitchen cabinets, counter tops and brand new appliances, as well as comfortable furnishings throughout, this will be your best vacation yet! This unit will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a King bed, ceiling fan, and a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo, as well as a beautiful ocean view! Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and a street side view.

Relax with a cool beverage, or take your meals outside to dine on your private oceanfront balcony, also overlooking the pool. As an added amenity, you will appreciate the high-top captain's chairs and table on your private balcony, tall enough so that your ocean view will not be obstructed by the balcony railings! Swimming pools are open each year from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool heating is not available for the Water's Edge pool. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals
