« Beautiful area tucked away in a really pretty business neighborhood. The actual hotel shows signs of age but everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was tricky and there was a drip coming from the faucet, but I just closed the bathroom door that night to block the sounds and let the staff know. I plan looking at this property again the next time I am visiting Provo. East Access, good parking »

« We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. « I've been to this hotel a couple times know, and have always been pleased, the service is great and the location is good for me. the fact that they have a small kitchen in each room is also very practical I recommend going there »

« When I arrived the staff member who helped us checked in mentioned that she saw that I had a kid and a dog, so she intentionally set us up on the first floor, in the farthest unit so that we could have the room so he could be loud and play without us having to worry about our neighbors. As a traveling parent, that kind of consideration meant the world to me. »
