« We used this house for our annual cousins ski trip to NH. Great house, lots of rooms with plenty of beds. One thing to be aware of, the driveway was a bit steeper & on a curve than we expected. It had snowed and took a while for one of my cousins (even with an expedition) to get out of the driveway. David was a great host, very responsive for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend. »

« We spent 3 days at the cabin with my husband and our 3 children aged 3, 7 and 9. The stay was very pleasant. The place is cozy, small but very well organized. We were able to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains and took advantage of the covered space for the fires (very practical in case of rain!) Thanks Ben! :) »

« Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. « This property was in a great location for access to the Kancamagus Scenic Byway. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only slight inconvenience was having to bring our own linens, but that was a small trade-off for the location and price for our 2-night stay. The wood stove was a great feature on a chilly night. Scott was an excellent host who provided clear check-in procedures and responded quickly to our one inquiry. »
