Ein kleinen Abzug gab es für Zimmer und Bad: das Bad hätte ich moderner und größer für dir Zimmergrösse erwartet; im Zimmer selbst konnte man an der Schrägwand über dem Bett die Hinterlassenschaften der Vornutzer erkennen, wie z.B. zerdrückte Mücken.
