« The house was charming, comfortable and clean. The photos of the house are very accurate. There was a nice screen porch to relax on. The kitchen was very well equipped, as was the house. It had everything you need. The location was excellent, half way between the beach and the bay— about a 2 or 3 minute walk each way. You could hear the surf at night with the windows open. Michelle the host was super responsive and everything on the place was cleaned up and fixed from whatever hurricane damage...

« Malgré qu’il y ai des lits pour 4 personnes il n’y a que 3 chaises autour de la table. Il manque des cintres dans les garde-robes. Manque quelques ustensils. À part ces quelques inconvénients les lits sont très confortables (manque des tables de chevet dans la petite chambre) Et tout était impeccable »

« Booked through VRBO (who I have been happy with for several years) then billed and managed by "EVOLVE" Why? Disappointing!! Property is very worn and NOT kept up.Example: Broken front blinds held up by zip ties! Stove top disgusting! Extremely small TV has poor reception...signal goes out every few minutes and WiFi connection spotty. Outside grounds need clean up! How can I be assured this won't happen if booking through VRBO in the future? »

« Our family stayed at La Mia Casa, the listing of the rental was accurate so we weren’t surprised by anything. The host does a WONDERFUL job of providing any and everything you might need while you stay. The proximity to the beach and points of interest is great it never took us more than 10-15mins to go to the beach or eateries. Our host even extended our checkout which I thought was very nice. »
