Very clean and I appreciated having one dedicated parking spot for a small car, a very private patio area with plenty of light, private laundry, and 2 beds in the 2nd room. « My husband and I wanted to visit OB dog Beach and this place was perfect for the 2 of us. It would be tight if you had additional guests. We loved the little fenced in yard and propane gas fire table outside. The casita is shaded by large trees and stays cool with the fans and ocean breeze.
