« Overall we enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron. There were a handful of issue though. There are quite a few maintenance items that need to be addressed: lights not working, broken switch, coffee maker was really gross. The largest concern was the pool lighting, 1 fixture was completely removed from wall and laying in floor of pool. Another was barely still connected to wall. « The fountains was a nice place that was very clean. We were disappointed that the slides at the pool shut down at 6 o’clock every day so if you went to the park during the day you never got to use the slides. The living area furniture in our unit was clean but very very uncomfortable. It was not for sitting and enjoying your family. The beds we’re very comfortable. « Communication was good. I needed to extend my stay just after booking and I was accommodated and notified within a short time. The place is a little dated and needs a facelift. It could use a paint job, new furniture and carpets. But it wasn’t anything that affected our stay and it didn’t ruin or damper our vacation. « Great Location but in need of repairs and renovations. Pictures must be when they bought it. This is a list of items they need to address. Kitchen light lens broken Slider doors are HEAVY and single pane. Master Bdrm sounds like you’re sleeping in the middle of the highway. Living room slider is broken and siliconed together. « Great location. Close to all the parks, shopping and food. Pools were great and the pool bar and Irish pub were great to have on site. Responsive host and patient with all of my questions. Laundry in house was AMAZING for this sweaty weather! »

« I contacted Vacasa in advance that we would be arriving late and asking about the shuttle system. Vacasa did not make us aware that check in closes at 11pm. They also were completely unaware that the shuttle no longer existed (and hadn’t for 6 months). They didn’t even answer my messages complaining about what they didn’t do. This condo is really old. Everything is pretty beat up. And the bedroom is in the front of the unit where everyone walks by dragging their luggage. »
