« The sofa is not a futon but aside from that and a little confusion finding the building behind the main house this space worked perfectly for us. Just make sure you are ok sharing the king size bed for two. Fortunately my brother was ok with it and bed was super comfy. Oh and no tv but fortunately we had my laptop to watch Severance :-)Coffee and candy provided were a nice touch, and the bathroom and shower were lovely. A little cool to try the lap pool, but looked interesting. »

« We loved this place. It worked well for us visiting family in Valley Village and Glendale. The building was just right for a couple. We had a some difficulty connecting to the WiFi when we first arrived, but the host was responsive in providing an alternate connection. We were visiting family nearby for Christmas and arrived to find a small tree and other holiday decorations setting the mood in the rental. The host was welcoming and thoughtfully initiated some other accommodations due to holiday activities in the area. We will definitely check availability of this property first the next time we visit L.A.! »

A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries).
