« I took my time before writing this review. I wanted to be fair. So, I will start with the positive. The room was very large. The kitchen was great, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Now, the negative. The hotel was actually closed when we showed up. The staff and manager had no idea we were coming even though we booked way ahead. We had to argue for them to let us stay and wait for them to clean a room. The restaurant was closed on the first night for a private event, and even...

« The house didn’t have any full length mirror nor did it have electrical outlets in the bathrooms. Couldn’t use the tv to stream a movie on cable. Pool had a large tube in it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. »

« Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. »

« Our extended family of 8 adults loved the location. You can walk to most places in Green Point and short Uber rides to Camps Bay, Sea Point, Table Mountain and other Cape Town attractions. The host is very responsive and offered us information about local events during our stay. Other than a small mis-communication about check in time, we loved everything about our stay. »

« We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. The entertainment and pool areas are the delight of the stay and make for wonderful sundowners. Best wishes to Sandie and Martin who are fabulous hosts and very responsive. See you soon again! »

« VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me. »

« This is a very nice and comfortable guest house in a location that is walkable to shops and restaurants. The room was large with views of the pool. The staff was attentive and kind.
