Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath with views of the River

Public park for children is directly across the street as well as a public dock for fishing and kayak launch. Only minutes from both public boat ramps. Plenty of parking for guests including trailers. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and marinas. New furniture, paint, carpet and floors. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen including keurig and regualr coffee pots, crock pot and blender. Gas grill and picnic table outback. Sit on the porches and enjoy your coffee or cocktails and enjoy the quaint old town Florida feel of Steinhatchee that our family fell in love with!

This is the 2nd year we stayed and it was just as perfect as the first! Great central location, yet away from the hustle and bustle. House is super cute, clean and very well put together. The property has plenty of parking and room for boats, trucks and trailers. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with! We hope to stay every year!!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Very cute and clean, close to everything, the tiny details made it special like leaving pods of laundry soap and q tips. The yard was perfect for playing any type of yard game and the carport was great for hanging out out of the sun.

Great location, excellent property!
The house is clean and recently remodeled. Compared to many older properties in Steinhatchee, it is spacious and has lots of natural light. Kitchen is well stocked and overall the house had everything we needed. Lots of parking for cars and boat is available in the front and back yard. Location was very convenient with a playground, the river, and restaurants a short walk away. The city boat ramp is a short drive away. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great home and location!
The owners were great with communication and the house was very well furnished and tasteful. Will definitely return in the future. The coffee was a great touch. Note that there doesn't seem to be WiFi and you'll need to bring soap and shampoo as well as laundry detergent.

Very Nice Vacay Spot on the FL Gulf
This is one of the few houses we found in the area with 2 complete bathrooms; it is perfectly suitable for a family, or 2 couples. It is spacious and was sparkling clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The listing is a bit misleading as regards WiFi — at this writing there is none! There are lots of DVD’s to watch on the TV, but no broadcast channels or streaming. If anyone needs to work remotely, this will be important. The owner was very prompt about answering questions. We are awaiting the refund of our deposit and hope it will also be prompt!
