Creek side cabin, Blair Creek Resort - Cabin #2

Come sit on the bank of Blair Creek around a fire or wade it's cool waters. Our fully equipped cabin in the woods sits right on the South bank of Blair Creek and the BSF is on the North bank. Easy trail access for nature lovers. Cabin #2, second cabin on the right through the double wooden gates at the creek, 553 Gary King Rd Strunk KY 42649.

Absolutely Amazing!
Perfect hosts and so hospitable! They went above and beyond with us! This is not a stripped down place. Every where you look there's something rustic or homey or equestrian. They spent so much attention to detail, even cutting logs & kindling for the cabins. The property alone is amazing. It's adjacent to the National Forrest that gives so many opportunities to play. I will be back and feel so happy I met them!

A beautiful, peaceful weekend
This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend! The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated with so many extras other rentals don't provide. There was wood for the fire, charcoal for the grill and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Mary and Randy (and their pups) were warm, welcoming and responsive. It is close to multiple hiking trails and historical points of interest. I can't give higher praise and we can't wait to book again!

This is absolutely one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners Mary&Randy are so very friendly, and welcoming. They we knowledgeable about places, to explore that ,were so beautiful. Our family will definitely be returning next year.!! Property is as listed. Well furnished. Had the pleasure of meeting Mary and Randy, the owners. They are great. This is the place to disconnect from the electronic age. Nature was the only sounds heard during morning coffee and evening beverages that were enjoyed on the back porch. Area is scenic and very relaxing.

What an awesome place to stay!
The cabin was exactly as described and was spotless and clean. The property was beautiful and the creek in the back felt like something out of a fantasy book. Even better, the owner of the property came by and checked on us after our arrival to make sure we were settling in okay. She gave us all the tips on local places to visit and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely like to return with the whole family next year. Thanks Mary for such a beautiful place to stay on our family vacation!

Secluded, quiet cabin with a wonderful back porch to enjoy the sounds of nature. Very clean, comfortable, retreat cabin that’s about 35 minutes from Cumberland Falls. Nice large kitchen for gathering the family together. Comfy couches for watching a late night movie. I would recommend this place to friends.

The cabin was very private and secluded. We loved sitting on the back porch with the sound of the creek. The kids loved the games and the swings at the property. The jacuzzi tub was also a big hit with the kids they took multiple baths a day! I do wish it had a dishwasher and there was an open space that looked like it used to house a dishwasher. We loved the fire pit and grill and took advantage of some relaxing time around the fire. We definitely would return again.

We can only say good things! Mary was quick to respond when we had any questions. We had everything we needed except a casserole dish but that was easily solved at Kroger. We loved sitting on the back porch listening to the creek. The boys loved playing in it. The jacuzzi tub and fire pit were a hit as well. The last half mile had some rough spots but slow and steady wins the race. We just took our time and our mini van had no problems at all. We would stay here again if we travel to the area again.

Cabin 2 is a good place to stay. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch anytime we were at the cabin Was able to enjoy a campfire outside in the evenings. The hosts told us of some nearby scenic overlooks and trails. We also rode the scenic railroad to the mine. We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Great place for peace and quiet.
