Live your ski dreams at Ski Trail 101! This Ski In/Ski Out, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo is a short ski to the hustle and bustle of the Steamboat Ski Resort. With gondola cruising overhead, you’ll be comfortably situated with easy access to the slopes and ideally located less than a 10 minute drive from the restaurants and retail of Downtown Steamboat.

As you enter this ground floor, single-level condo you’ll be welcomed into the open common area where kitchen, dining, and living areas make for easy oversight of family happenings. Down the hall are the three bedrooms - the large primary with a king bed, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, and another room with a queen and a full sized bed. The two shared bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Residence amenities include a dedicated ski locker right outside the front door.

Ski Trail Condominiums feature a community hot tub, two outdoor grills, and one dedicated parking space and a laundry room accessible on the side of the building when entering the parking lot. In winter months, Retreatia guests have access to the on-call, complimentary shuttle service. The free city bus stop is a short walk away.

Whether you’re spending your day on the slopes, cozying up by the fire, or simply enjoying the Rocky Mountains – Ski Trail 101 is the perfect base for your Steamboat vacation!

Could be great
Their washer and dryer were not available. Unusual to have both break at the same time. Turned out to be important, therefore annoying not to have them.Worst pillows I've seen in decades. It certainly wasn't high fashion but was neat and beautifully placed for skiing.

Great location
Property was in a great location. It was inconvenient only allowing 1 car when we had 6 people in our group and when I asked where to park the second car I was referred to a website with no overnight parking information. There was no dishwasher detergent, no laundry soap and no garbage bags for a 3 night stay. Property management can do a better job. Would not stay here again

Confusing
I booked on VRBO, but all the communication came thru a 3rd party. I received no less than a dozen emails from the third party about all the rules and regulations. Had to travel to a third party management location to get more rules and regulations and sign more paperwork and pick up my access code and keys for the hot tub that did not work. Also the access code did not work and had to wait for the maintenance to show up to figure it out. We have been using VRBO for 20 years and have never experienced this third party issue. I wish that would have been disclosed by VRBO.
