« Clean cottage that was great for a short ski trip to Ragged mountain with the family. Communication with Barb was excellent too. Might want to come back in the summer and explore the hiking and waterfalls! Just wished we knew the master shower was not going to be functional before booking, since we were bringing 2 teenagers, but it worked out for a short stay. »

« Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. »

« This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. « We had a great time! The property fit all our needs for a winter ski trip. We have the Epic ski pass and were looking for a location to get us to some mountains that accept this pass. Mount Sunapee was a quick 15 minutes from the property and Crotched Mountain was 45 minutes. We enjoyed skiing at both! When we were not skiing, the cottage was a warm place to relax as a family. It had all the amenities we needed. We would consider visiting again in the summer to check out the lake! »

« My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the thermostat controlling the stove. It was either too cold or too hot. Maybe more specific instructions for operation. Thanks for the stay! »

« Immaculate property. Everything was organized and seemed to be brand new. Very cozy cabin in a great location. I was impressed that after 6”of overnight snow, the driveway had already been plowed by the time we woke up in the am. My 2 teenager boys have already asked if we can come back next year. »

« This cottage was above and beyond our expectations. It was clean as a hotel, and had so many wonderful little touches that made it feel like it was set up just for us. The location is near so many great restaurants, great skiing, hiking trails, not to mention the gorgeous lake right in front of you. Elkins is a small peaceful town that feels so relaxing. It was perfect! »

« My mother and sister needed a much earned vacation and this little cabin on Bradley lake was perfect. They loved waking in the morning and looking at Mt Kearsarge in the distance with the loons floating on the lake in front of them. Thanks for the stay. »

« My family of four traveled for a quick fall foliage tour mid October. We used this house as our base instead of staying at multiple places. This meant we drove a little more each day but we got to wake up and come home to this magical place. Seriously. We wanted to come home early each day to spend more time here. It’s quiet, enchanting, spotless, and filled with charm. I cannot stress how beautiful and peaceful it is being directly on the lake. We will definitely be back. »

« This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one! »

« We had three families for a long weekend and this house was perfect. Two levels with bathrooms and beds allowed everyone space to spread out and relax. The house is a three minute drive to Mt Sunapee. The owners were attentive and even accommodated a slightly late check out for a car that had to be towed. All ages enjoyed the stay.spread out. close restaurants. »
