« The property was so cute, decked out in Penn State stuff. Recently renovated and modern. Perfect for a couple days. 30 second walk to the main strip, lots of restaurants around. Hosts messaged us about key spots around town to visit and things to do. Coffee machine 10/10. Everything was wonderful, just wish they had an ironing board, I know weird request from a 25 year old. But overall awesome stay, awesome hosts, awesome location for the price! »

« This 2nd floor apartment is in a beautiful Victorian house. It is very nicely decorated. Some of the walls are brick which gives it an old world feel. The beds are very comfortable and the overall feel is warm and cozy. The owners had provided snacks and beverages which were very much appreciated after our long drive. The check-in process was quick and easy. It was an awesome place to stay! We only wish that we could have stayed longer. »

« We are in town to watch wrestling Olympic trials . We just needed a place to spend the night and this place was perfect for what we need . We just walked to the original Waffle House one block away for a very nice breakfast . This place is close to everything . Very convenient if you need a place to stay in State college. »

« Overall the Urban Saddle Ranch was an interesting and cozy place to stay in the woods! Accommodating and friendly with all necessities met. That being said, the main issues came with being in the woods! First issue was the HUMONGOUS spider in the bathroom!! Leg span was 3 inches easily and while it was probably a wolf spider, it looked almost like a small tarantula!! « Clean and quiet spot close to State College. We were in town for the weekend at a sporting event at BJC. Great spot only a few minutes from downtown and still out in the country. Hit up the Naked Egg for breakfast, delicious. »

« Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. »

« This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there...

« We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location. »
