« Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great! »

« Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text! »

« We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay. »
