Perfect location!
This is our fifth visit to Indian Rocks Beach, but the first time staying in this unit. You cannot beat the views and location. Owner was very responsive when we had a question upon check out. Would stay here again!

A beautiful place on the beach
We loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This two bedroom condo had everything we needed and more. Close walk to restaurants and CVS Store and on the trolley route. Condo was in good shape and ready for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

Excellent Beach Condo!
Our family of 4 (2 teens) really enjoyed the location of this condo. There were several walkable restaurants, an ice cream shop & fishing in the intercostals across the street. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. We will stay there again!

The property is in great location. The condo is clean & comfortable. There was an issue with master toilet. I contacted the owner. She contacted a Plummer & the problem was resolved within couple hours. Very pleased! I would stay there again!

Our check in was difficult because the condo had not been cleaned due to an error on the cleaner's calendar. We were not able to connect with owner, but fortunately the cleaner's card was on the frig, and she came immediately when we contacted her. We love the location and the beach.

Perfect location amazing sunsets
This was in the perfect location close to everything we needed. Being on the beach and having access to the pool and hot tub was the best. The sunsets were amazing. The condo could use some TLC and updates on the linens and rugs. Had no place in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or put personal items.

Wonderful Two Week Stay
This unit was exactly as described and totally met our expectations. It was clean, kitchen was extremely well stocked and layout of the condo spacious with beautiful views of the gulf. We were able to walk to several restaurants, a CVS and ice cream shops. For a short drive away, there are many attractions to visit (nature parks, botannical gardens,etc). We had fabulous sunny weather which was a welcome reprieve from the cold rainy weather of Boston. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Anna Marie!

Great Location!
On the beach, nicely decorated, most every thing you will need in the kitchen plus some recreational items in the storage area. Walking distance to some local restaurants and shopping plus CVS. The beach and pool were never over crowded during our stay. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

Condo is super close to the beach and across the street from accessible dock and fun restaurant and bar. A little loud with the pool and people staying, beds loud, plumbing from all units etc. bring toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels if staying more than one night. Would definitely come back.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay at Anna Marie’s condo! The location was perfect. The pool was clean and shaded nicely through the morning. The beach access was great and it was nice to have the storage closet for the beach equipment and toys so less sand came back to the condo with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets each evening on balcony! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Great for a more chill family vacay
We wanted the weather and water of Clearwater without the crowds and Indian Rocks totally delivered. The condo was perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate a larger family. Beach access on the property made popping up for snacks etc easy. The condo is located in the southern portion of IRB and is an easy walk to some nice eats - Pipo and Bettys, Crabby Bills and Anecdote brewery were faves for us. Plenty of chairs, floats, umbrellas even some fishing gear in the storage closet. Responsive host. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

Location and size is PERFECT
What a great find! This unit is oceanfront and extremely spacious inside with up to date furnishings. The view off the very large covered patio is unbelievable and I could sit there all day watching the ocean. Inside the unit there is room for your family and very comfortable beds. The owner has provided chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for you amazing time on the beautiful beach. The owner is very easy to work with and is very prompt for any needed response. I can’t wait to book this unit again and enjoy another amazing vacation!

Beach Front was awesome
Beach Front condo was awesome. Condo was spotless, in great condition with nice accommodations. The two bathrooms were great, didnt have to wait for anyone to get ready, although the fans were very loud. Place was in a great location and relatively quiet area. Fantastic Italian restaurant right across the street, you will be pleasantly surprised by this place, great food, service, wine, it has it all. Down falls by no fault of the condo owner was people upstairs had children who liked to run up and down the hallway which was annoying and the master bedroom is right on the wall of the outer stair well, so it was a bit noisy at times, but over all this place was great, owner was very easily contactable. Place was very clean and modern, can't say enough about how clean the place was and the balcony was just the icing on the cake. View was phenomenal!!!!

Family Vacation Success
We were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations were above expectations. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The pictures don't do it justice as there is new and updated furniture and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a daybed as well which gave us plenty of room. The storage closet downstairs had plenty of beach equipment and left us room to store our gear as well. The location is central to really good restaurants and shops. The only negative, which is completely out of the owner's hands, is if there are people staying above you and they walk with heavy feet, you will hear them stomping around upstairs. Again, this is the only complaint, just be aware, but it's not enough of an issue to keep us from renting again next year. The view is spectacular and access to the beach is quick and easy with very soft white sand and not overly crowded. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful views!
This unit has beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of space for my family of four. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holiday meal. The pool area is well-maintained. The other residents and/or renters at this property were all so friendly, a very family-friendly atmosphere. We would book again. A few things to improve: We did wish some beach towels would have been available. Maybe we didn't see them? The comforters in both bedrooms are old and in need of replacing. The unit was clean when we arrived but smelled like the previous renters may have had dogs. Remote for the tv in the master did not work, batteries in it were corroded. We did not want to bother the owner with minor things on a holiday weekend. All those things were truly minor, we really enjoyed our stay and it was so relaxing.

Perfect location, quiet beach, beautiful view
The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the bars/shops/restaurants, but it felt tucked away that we were in our own quiet paradise. The unit is on the end right above the hot tub on the second floor facing the ocean. When we were at the condo, all our time was spent sitting on the patio watching the fisherman catch small sharks off the beach or talking with new friends in the pool area. This part of the beach was so much quieter than a mile north due to the big public beach area. We were so happy with how quiet the beech and entire condo unit was. The condo unit has an elevator and the entire and the parking is assigned under the structure. It felt very safe with a lot of lighting. The condo had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The living room had reclining couches which were also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. There’s nothing negative to be said about the facility itself and the amenities. The only negative (this is minor and will not deter me from ever staying again) is that it wasn’t exceptionally clean. The unit was definitely cleaned between each renter, but the floors and trims throughout could use a deep clean. Also there was a lot of dust and some spider webs in the corners of the rooms in the ceiling and on the windows where there were fake plants. Again, this is completely nitpicking and it’s a rental, so it’s understandable. Overall, 5 out of 5!!
