Condo on the beach
It was not clean. Floors were Sandy and had to be vacuumed by us. Dishes in the cupboard and silverware in the drawers was dirty. Furniture was outdated. Online pictures told the different story than the actual condo. I was disappointed in that due to the price. However we had fun in the sun and that is what we wanted.

There were a couple things that the maintenance had to fix but they came right away and fixed it. For our troubles they gave us a free dinner cruise. Thats good customer service! Would definitely come again!

Overall great place to stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. The cleaning team stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the bar staff was friendly and fun!! Great place to go for a family vacation.

Been staying at sunset for years. First time thru VRBO. Wished unit had bathroom cleaning aids and mop for floors. Broken bathroom fan led to musty shower. Love this location but unit could use some updating.

Great location, unit needs an update
We previously stayed at this location but a different unit. The other unit was pretty much as expected and was very acceptable. Overall we were pleased. This particular unit we just stayed in was very disappointing. List of short comings includes it really needs an update and upgrade on aesthetics and the appliances. Only one heavier blanket was provided for a two bedroom unit. Doors did not open or shut properly. Only the VERY MINIMUM of condiments and coffee were provided. Alot of little things so it made this particular stay disappointing. The owners need to do the work to make it acceptable or sell. Too bad, because the location and resort is welcoming. No complaints there!

Spacious unit. Having the two bathrooms is a huge plus being there with family. Very easy access to the beach. Pool area is very nice. Parking was assigned which we loved! No hunting for a spot. Would definitely stay again.

This unit was great for me and my daughter. The guest room could use some attention. The walk to the beach was fine. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach if you don't want to use what is available in the unit. The ice cream place on the corner was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!!
This condo is in the perfect location! Right on the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, beach stores, John’s Pass. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo is spacious for a family of 4 (with 2 children 13 and 15). Very easy check-in process. Unfortunately our stay was cut short as the area was evacuated due to the hurricane, but Charles was in constant communication throughout. Will definitely be returning!

Great location
The location and beach were beautiful. Nicely landscaped courtyard and a fun ice cream shop in the next parking lot. Pool was nice and large. The Condo furniture was a little tired and if you are a clean freak, the condo may not pass your test. For us, we stayed on the beach most of the day, so it was fine. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to rent (a bit pricey) but the owners so nicely left some in the condo closet. The facility also had deck boxes with extra floaties, sand toys etc to borrow. Very nice touch since we flew and didn't' pack much. If you need more to do, a drive down south to the old fort and the sunken gardens was a lot of fun. Overall we had a nice trip.

Over priced out dated unit
The unit was a big disappointment for the amount of money charged to rent it. The unit was very outdated and needs updated. Black mold in the shower, chalked tub faucet, black dirt on fan edges and windows that were dirty. Old furniture stuffed into small bedrooms. It was a struggle to move around the master bedroom that should not have a king size bed jammed in there, a dresser with drawers that worked poorly, plus only one nightstand. Patio furniture didn't match the photos online. Pictures had cushions on patio chairs and a nice table. Instead it was a crusty white plastic table and no cushions on the chairs. Consumables provided were a joke. One worthless coffee pad, paper thin bath soap, only one trash bag, and not even one box of tissues. Bath towels and beach towels were thin and very basic. The resort itself was very nice but this unit was a huge disappointment and I will never rent from this company again.
