* Brand new amenities including a game room with shuffleboard and arcade games, beach chairs, towels, pool toys and games for your fun in the sun. A game room with board games. All new appliances including a grill, multiple refrigerators and four smart TV's.

Living room: extra large sectional, oversized chair with ottoman, coffee table, end tables, ceiling fans, smart TV.

Guest Bathrooms: One on the main floor & one upstairs with walk in shower and single vanity.

Laundry Room: On main floor with Washer and Dryer, laundry sink and beach towels.

Bedroom #1: Main Floor with king size bed, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside tables, Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity.
Bedroom #2: Main Floor kids room with daybed, bean bag chairs, kids table and chairs, smart TV, bookshelf with games and books, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3: Upstairs with queen bed, twin over twin bunkbed, dresser, ceiling fan, two night tables.
Bedroom #4: Upstairs with queen bed, twin over twin bunkbed, dresser, two night tables, ceiling fan, En-suite Bathroom with tub/shower combination, single vanity.
Bedroom #5: Upstairs with king size bed, crib, dresser, two night tables, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #6: Upstairs with king size bed, dresser, two night tables, ceiling fan, loveseat, coffee table, desk w/ chair, smart TV, floor mirror, private balcony with 2 rocking chairs & table, En-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower.

Pool Area: Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Wading Platform, Round Cabana lounger with umbrella, Pool Loungers, Dining table with 10 Chairs, Outdoor Sectional & Coffee Table, Gas Grill, 2 Umbrellas,

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This unit only provides 3 parking spaces. Tiki Gardens offers additional parking and you'll need to purchase parking passes from the local sheriff's office on Gulf Blvd, cash only, to park at Tiki Gardens.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop and local beachwear shop as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wild life such as owl, bald eagle, hawks, turtles and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida grown citruses, juices and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
