This spacious beachfront bungalow in the popular Gulf Beaches neighborhood offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, cheery coastal decor, and a central location close to island shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The exterior of this property offers an outdoor shower, park-style grill, and the private walkway to the white sandy beach is just steps away.

The open-concept living area on the second floor offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, charming coastal decor, and plenty of seating for your group to relax and enjoy their St. George Island vacation. The dining table seats six and there is additional seating at the bar counter that separates the kitchen and dining areas. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. This property offers a DVD, VCR, and DVD library for guest use. A port-a-crib is also available for the little ones.

Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and more.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great location and beautiful beach. The property is in dire need of upgrades in both physical and decorating items. A few items did not work properly like the toaster and the dishwasher

Beauty not so much!
Very disappointing condition of the rental! Since this is managed by Vacasa, I have already been in contact with them during our stay with all the problems from broken locks, moldy dishwasher filled with dirty dishes, filthy furniture, cockroaches, dirty blinds and windows, sticky glass tables and sand. They did send over a cleaning group to address the main floor which helped. They were shocked by how dirty the rental was as well! Family had flown in to join us and it was embarrassing to have to apologize to them about the condition of the rental…

Appliance-challenged but great location
Accommodation was a bit tired, probably from use and climate. Appliances: toaster was prehistoric but worked (sort of). Dishwasher wasn’t good at all. A light fixture outside on kitchen level was dangling. A lamp on kitchen level had bulb basically dangling. A/C for lower level worked but was loud. Dangling cupboard to garbage cans. Chipped rocks glasses. Backsplash was worn/stained. Location was great, both w/r/t beach and restaurants and stores Overall quite happy with the week.

Our Stay
Location is great. Had to call customer service because code did not work. They were very helpful. Upon arrival, our outside trash bin was full. Was told that trash pickup was on Wednesday but they would send someone out to get it, that was on Monday. No one picked up trash Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Cookware and dishes didn’t seem to have been properly washed and the dishwasher itself was dirty/rusted. Couches had multiple stains on them. Bedding was clean. The cushions on the dining room chairs were torn. I believe this would be a 5 star stay if they just updated some things.
