« This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The place is appointed as if the owner lives there. And the owner, Debra, went above and beyond. She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. « Wonderful cottages and positive customer experience working with Leah. The location is prime, within walking distance to the beach and near all the food places downtown Cocoa Beach. The house is fully equipped and the hosts paid attention to details. The backyard with the gas grill, fire pit and hot shower is perfect for family meals and post-beach activities. The brand new LG washer and drier are nice additions and were handy after walks and beach visits. Will definitely come back! »

« The hidden gem is in a convenient location. It is cozy and comfortable with great space for a family. It has a loft area with a TV and Play Station which is great for kids. It was spotless and the kitchen every item you could need. We loved having a Keurig coffee maker and found the home to be a great value. »

« Stayed the weekend to meet a friend and this was an easy half way point. The weather was cold so we weren’t going to the beach but it’s a quick walk away. In nice weather the beach would have been easy to get to. Really liked the place, nice area to relax in and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfy. »
