« We had a great stay. Truely a beautiful house right on the beach. The kitchen is top notch, plenty of space for sleeping and playing . The pool was perfect and the beach was steps away! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this property. We had some issues with the elevator and the management team was super responsive to that! Thanks for a great vacation we hope to be back!!! »

« Overall, the main house and cottage were comfortable and clean. But what made our stay was the back deck and the gorgeous view!! We've been renting houses on 30A for almost 20 years. We'll spend 85% of our outdoor time at the pool and 15% at beach. With this location 90% at the beach and maybe 10% at pool. Some never even got in the pool. It was so convenient to go to beach; so close you could walk up to house for a refill. Rent other houses for the house; rent this house for the deck and beach...

« Conveniently located across from private beach area. Pool was great. Listing was accurate. I did not report it, but the driveway was flooded. (seemed to be unrelated to rainfall). This was the only inconvenience. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The house was within walking distance to the beach and the weather couldn't have been better. The house could use a little TLC, but other than that it worked for the six of us adults. »

« The house was so clean and beautiful. It was also comfortable . We all enjoyed the screened in front porch. My husband and I enjoyed the pool. « We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again. »

« Great location! The private beach access was great! We rented a golf cart for easy access to get around. I wish I would have understood what was included in the starter pack so I could have been better prepared. There were no hot pads in the kitchen which was inconvenient when cooking. The propane tank on the grill was less than half full, the igniter didn’t work had to manually light it, and the knobs were falling off. Other than that, it was a great location and would stay here again! »

« Despite all the window blinds being super dusty and a few lights not working(ticket was turned in for repair but they never showed) this place was our favorite thus far and was the perfect spot for our family vacation!
