This condo is spacious and equipped in full; kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, toiletries, beach towels, linens and bathroom towels so yes to packing light

This impeccably decorated condo can be your home to enjoy for a quick or long escape. It really feels like home the second you step in and the location is perfect. Surrounded by green gardens enjoy your view to one of our pools and the beauty of nature.

Walk out to your perfect large balcony to feel the air outside and freshen up. It is a great spot to unwind, to take your morning coffee, get some work done or for afternoon drinks. The view is not only relaxing but it’s also convenient since you can keep an eye on your loved ones while they enjoy the pool.

It is the perfect atmosphere to relax, to work and re-charge. This condo is adorned with good taste and modern fixtures, its nice and cozy and with an open concept that also makes it bright and airy.

Another advantage of the location of this condo is that you are seconds away from the pool, only a quick 3 min walk to the beach and have walking trails and gardens to enjoy around you. Your walk will be exclusive and private since you are walking inside the property surrounded by beauty. The property offers amenities for the entire family. It is fun galore! Enjoy two large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, a remarkable beach deck and more. The beach deck is a marvelous spot, you are not quite on the beach but as if you were without getting sandy. It’s a perfect place to relax to work, tan, read, or simply enjoy. Walk two seconds further and you are touching the white sandy beach.

This condo is equipped in full; kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, toiletries, beach towels, linens and bathroom towels so yes to packing light. It is also equipped with a breakfast bar, a great dinning space, and each bedroom has its own TV.

Solare-Bahia Mar has 24/7 security. So not only will you and your loved ones be safe, you will also love the privacy it offers.

 HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats. 
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Perfect island getaway
We have 3 under 3 so staying at hotels is a little complicated for us, but Bryan provided the most perfect condo for our family. We loved it, it had enough space for our little ones and allowed us to feel at home. It was absolutely perfect and can’t wait to go back

We recently sold house and wanted to stay on the island before leaving the area. What we found is the only spot we WILL return to. They are totally pet friendly (huge plus). The complex was super accommodating. The staff (all of them) and interactions with property management were absolutely superb. We know we will be back as long as there are units available.

The grounds and rooms are beautiful!! We are older and went during Spring Break, so it was pretty noisy. That was our mistake!! We loved it anyways. We will go again!! A first floor apartment would be ideal!!

Overall the condo was nice, updated, comfortable and location was pretty good. My only complaint is the lack of amenities/ convenience provided. For 6 people we had exactly 6 bath towels, only 5 beach towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and no cleaning products.

Beautiful resort stay in 757
The resort is very well maintained. The grass is thick and manicured . The palm trees are trimmed and the flowers are blooming. The condo was clean and well maintained. The only things that we would have to suggest for future renters would be that the washing machine was extremely moldy and needs to be replaced, the front door does not match the clean, modern , interior space, the balcony furnishings are cheap and need updating. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Loved it
We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ac was ice cold. The pools were clean and cool and the beach was a short walk away. The only things I could complain about would be the toilet in the master bath. You have to hold the handle down to get it to flush all the way. But that’s an easy fix. We hated the wrist bands but that was a resort thing. The only thing I would recommend would be to provide some cleaning supplies for when a guest is staying for a week or so. I would have loved to clean up after ourselves. Just some simple kitchen spray and maybe some toilet bowl cleaner would be awesome. All in all I would definitely give it 5 stars and we would absolutely rent it again.

Pleasant Stay
We stayed here with our two young boys and enjoyed our stay. Good location and very easy beach access - just a short walk on the property. Easy check in and out. The pools were great! Comfy beds. Beach towels were provided. I think it would nice to have some basic cleaning supplies in the condo (broom, dust pan, etc.) and extra trash bags for the bathroom. Dish soap, sponge, dishwasher cleaner and an extra kitchen trash bag were provided. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this condo.

Enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay. The pools were great and the ocean deck was awesome. The inside of our unit was clean and very pleasant. The only negative I would point out is the outside of the buildings looked dated and a bit dirty. Some showing mildew. Landscaping was great. If the property could give a little extra attention to the exterior of buildings, this could be a great resort! Overall, however, we would stay here again.

MN Spring Breaker
Our 19 year old daughter wanted to spend spring break with her parents! So, that is what we did. The beaches of South Padre, the Resort and Condo were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay! Horseback riding on the beach and Sea Turtle Inc were our favorite activities while at SPI.

The facilities were very nice. Was just as it was in the listing. We called agent once or twice and was always prompt with a reply. Beautiful grounds to enjoy sitting down to read a book and look out onto the Gulf. My husband really liked the hot tub. Pools are not heated so that meant no swimming for me. Potentially a great stay
This unit had just the right accommodations for our family of five and two small dogs. I loved the fact that bathrooms were attached to each of the bedrooms and there was plenty of empty pantry space to store our items. The tv in the living room was huge with a great picture. The unit was beautifully furnished and modern with marble floors. It is conveniently by the parking lot and steps away from one of the pools. The grounds are lush and beautiful with dog stations. The unit is on the second floor with a balcony that allowed our dogs to enjoy the outdoor views safely. NOW FOR THE DRAWBACKS: Even though the unit easily accommodates six people, the pots and pans are small and inadequate. There were no knives (other than butter knives), no cutting board, no tongs for food preparation. The eating utensils only included two teaspoons. The refrigerator lighting is extremely low and wasn't cooling on the first day but maintenance came out immediately when called. The shower water pressure was low and there was very little hot water. Only four sets of towels were provided even though we made a reservation for five people. (Maid service delivered more upon request.) Glass top stove needed cleaning and the vent hood lighting was out. We never got to get into the hot tubs because they were overflowing with kids since there is no kiddie pool on the premises. It would be nice to designate one pool an adult pool and the other a family pool. If these inconveniences are addressed, I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice place to stay
This property was right on the beach. it was clean and pretty. The internet was down (turned out to be community-wide) and the host was really good at responding to my texts. The only downsides are that the beds are kinda uncomfy and covered in some weird plastic that just feels strange to sleep on, but if you play hard enough you won't notice for long, lol. and the other odd thing was that the listing says that there are beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor grills, and other amenities, however, you have to pay extra for them. ($50 to use the grill for ONE event of grilling...wild, eh??) Overall tho, it was a pleasant stay in a clean, pretty place with a responsive host at an amazing beach location!!

Very nice and clean but very sterile feeling
This is very much a commercial rental condo. It is very nicely decorated but it is obviously just a commercial investment and not a home. Listed as "Pet Friendly" yet sign on door says "No Pets". All of the tables have thin glass tops so maybe not so good for young ones. The coffee table is so flimsy it might as well be made from cardboard.
