« This was an awesome choice for a three night stay in the area surrounding St. Johns. We were welcomed with little considerate touches which included a welcome note and some toiletries, which was not expected. It was super comfortable and super quiet...not a soul in sight, which was perfect for us. Chris replied to every message i sent and was a super host. thanks!!! »

« North River is stunning! The pictures cannot depict its beauty inside and out! Spacious enough for all 8 of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and pool. « As a family of 10, this house met all of our needs and then some! From being greeted with a gift basket of goodies and a bottle of wine to having a sparkling clean house with plenty of room and space. I’ve never stayed in a more well stocked house - we didn’t need to buy anything except food. Location was perfect allowing us to strike out to various spots in the Avalon region within 1.5 hours drive. The host was very helpful and gracious if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!! »
