« The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in while traveling. Shower was hot with good water pressure and heated floor. Comfy couch and delicious coffee! We enjoyed the gentle clucking of the hens while we drank our morning coffee in the courtyard. If you are sensitive to sound, you might hear some movement upstairs, but it didn't bother us at all. « Just the best area-walk in Wash Park, quick shot to downtown, Cherry Creek, the highway. House was huge-would be great for a family gathering. Nice garage and street parking. Close to great restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of the "hidden" fee damage deposit that arises upon booking. I sympathize with owners who have had damage, but if I had not been pressed for time, I might have shopped for a different option. Overall a great home! »
