"One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. "Outside look was very nice and location was good also but room itself needs upgrading it has very old look and comfort is just about average not much variety in breakfast."

"This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

"The hotel allowed early checkin and late checkout. There is a water park attached and water slides in the hotel pools. The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs. I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children.
