"The grounds are perfect. Better than pictures. So the ambience scores high. I thought location was great...easy to walk to the yoga studio, dinner, drinks...or bike (provided) and it's right next to a bike path. My only hesitation was that I was allergic to the bedroom area in my trailer so I think someone had pets in there before and maybe the pillows or bed decor at the foot may have had pet hair in it."

"My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!"

"The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!"

"Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo.
