THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Bathe in the natural sunlight in this amazing open-plan space just above the ocean. The deck offers panoramic Pacific vistas, with retractable doors that allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Enjoy varied state-of-the-art seating and entertainment options, together with touchscreen appliances. Relax into the two bedrooms, with the option to unleash a living room couch that transforms into a hi-tech bunk bed as well. You're here: on the ocean, and by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and very own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you in the garage.

Amazing views, gorgeous home
We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean and modern, the views are stunning and the property manager was prompt in responding to our requests. The only negative was that the fireplace was broken and the cook top was very difficult to operate. But that was “small potatoes “ compared to the incredible experience of staying there. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful Property and Spectacular Sunsets!!!

The house was very clean. The updated appliances were wonderful to use. The home is designed well and you cant beat waking up.to the sound of the ocean. We will be coming back. The best place to stay in San Diego
Solana Beach is our favorite area in San Diego and the neighborhood Hi-Tech Hideaway is located in is one of a kind. The house has amazing views, is clean, feels very private, and is perfect for a small family. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is nice, and all around this home is top notch. The managers are very responsive and great to deal with. We have rented this home many times and hope to rent it many more times in the future. 5 stars all around!

Winner!
I frequently rent in North County to vacation and visit my adult son who lives there. The house was in perfect condition and had everything one would need. The view is breathtaking and I loved the size of the deck. Location perfect and plenty of parking. The master bathroom closet was pretty spectacular! Totally minor, but the only thing I would change would be the TV location in the main room. We had 2 days of cooler weather & wanted to sit cozy on the couch and watch a movie on TV, which was located on the side wall. There was a second couch, but view also wasn't ideal. Overall, would totally recommend!

Fun time in Solana Beach
My adult daughters and I had a fun and relaxing getaway at this beautiful home. The online pictures and description are accurate. The home has everything you could want, including a very well stocked kitchen with upscale Miele appliances and a high tech check-in screen that listed restaurants and things to do in the area. The built-ins in the master bathroom and the bar were fabulous. The views of the ocean from this property were gorgeous. Our only disappointment was our use of the deck was limited due to the noise from the construction going on below us but the house was well insulated and indoors was very comfortable. The management company was OUTSTANDING and did everything they possibly could to ensure an enjoyable stay. We are hoping to return again next year to this wonderful property.

Great Solana Spot.

A seaside Oasis
The stay at Hi Tech Hideaway couldn't be better. I wish I could have stayed longer. Great service from the Beachaus team and everything you want from a rental. Easy check in, fully equipped, spotless residence and perfect location. I encourage everyone to open the doors wide and just take in the sound of crashing waves. I'll be back.
