« The home is in a great location for walking to Nevada City, and the hosts are very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about the area. They definitely improved our night with a recommendation to eat at Dakan - which was amazing! The only cons are that the mattresses are quite stiff, there are no TVs in the house - which could be great if you want to unplug - and there's not a super cozy place to just plop onto a couch and put your feet up while tucking yourself into a soft blanket. But...

« We had one issue. We requested a non-smoking room and were given a room that had been a smoking room last year and then converted to a non-smoking at the beginning of this year. Room still smelt of smoke. Staff did all they could to help us but ultimately they couldn't do much for us since my wife needed a room downstairs and all other non-smoking rooms were taken. »
