« Absolutely loved this historic cottage. Oozing with charm! Kathryn has created such an inviting get-away. We were in town for a family Christmas and needed a few extra beds and a quiet space for a break from the exuberance of 10 grandkids. Perfect peacefulness to be found at this cottage. Just a heads-up to any wanting to stay here; there are several small steps throughout the cottage in addition to the spiral staircase, all very well marked and lit, but still a word of caution for some. ...

« We enjoyed our stay at Dave’s place so much! The property was beautiful and immaculate! And the view!!! Who could ask for better than a view of the Mississippi with an eagle’s nest and eagles in the trees every day. Dave was a fantastic host. He was available immediately for any questions that we had. And he also provided us with excellent recommendations for food and activities. We plan to make this an annual trip to the Mississippi for eagle photography and will ONLY stay at this amazing...
