Make our home your home while you are away from home! Rover is welcome, too.
Retro Haven is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Sioux Falls. Augustana College, Great Plains Zoo, USS South Dakota Battleship Memorial and other places of amusement are only a few minutes from the home.
• 4 bedrooms/sleeps 10
TWO king bedrooms. One on the main floor with a 55 inch TV. The other king room is in the basement
One queen bedroom on the main floor
One with twin beds for the munchkins in the family. A twin air mattress with all the bedding is also available
• Kids room/office space contains books, kid table, paper, markers, games. A desk, office chair, desk lamp, paper and writing utensils are furnished
• Wood-burning fireplace in living room is currently not functional
• Gas fireplace in family room
• 1 full bath on main floor, 1 full bath and 1 half bath in the basement
• attached garage with garage door openers
• Off-street parking for 5 cars
• Coffee bar in dining room with Keurig and k-cups
The space
Retro Haven contains some retro styling but with all the modern comforts and conveniences. Two king bedrooms provide the space and privacy for more that one family. With two eating areas, the space is perfect for family get togethers.

Pet food dishes, a blanket, and even treats are provided for the furry member of the family. Doggie bags are also provided for proper disposal of 'deposits'.
A barbecue grill,fire pit and patio table complement the backyard patio and fenced-in backyard. It's perfect for a quiet, private outdoor experience.

We stayed here for our family's wedding and it was very spacious and welcoming. There was 8 adults and we all had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again.

We were very comfortable and had a very home like feel. Our daughter loved all the retro touches and enjoyed playing the oldies on the record player. The home was so close to everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our daughters dog. We all enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We came to Sioux Falls for a state swim meet at the Midco Aquatic Center. The home’s location was perfect for us as it’s a short walk or drive to the venue. The home is spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Pheasant Fest 2024
Great property for a group from our dog breed club to stay while attending Pheasant Fest this year in Sioux Fall. The house is clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to cook great meals and relax. Thank you.

Night with the girls
A group of us girls stayed at this house as we were attending the funeral of a friend. The place was perfect. Great space for hanging out and visiting. Great neighborhood, felt safe. Only problem was communication through the app, which the host was very gracious about me missing the checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent house for our belated holiday family gathering. The property was very clean, exactly as pictured and we appreciated being able to park in the garage too. The location is really handy and we will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Sioux Falls. It was perfect!

Even better than expected!
This home far exceeded expectations from what we saw on the pictures and listing. The property was like new with very nice updates, incredibly clean, comfy beds, plenty of room, fully stock kitchen & amenities, bright, great host response, kids loved the playroom and we did not have a single complaint at all (not even a small one). The biggest compliment is my wife said, "that was by far the CLEANEST rental I have ever stayed in."That says a lot because she is very picky and a clean freak that always has to get the house cleaned better. Ha Highly recommend this home and the host Dari!
