"The property is exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Read the reviews, yes the music from Rainbow Cafe can be loud but it ends relatively early (10:45pm on weekend, much earlier weekdays). The terrace is spectacular. The apartment is well furnished. Breakfast at Frenchys is generous and delicious. Will definitely book again. "

"The studio was lovely & clean. I loved the view from the balcony! The walk to the beach is easy & orient village is within walking distance (however I would drive over if going for dinner at night). The only negative would be the bed is a little hard & not too comfy. I brought k-cups thinking there would be a Keurig type coffee machine, but there is a nespresso machine (& a regular coffee maker). "The property is 2 meters from the beach. Walk out and enjoy the white sand. If a pool is your preference, 50 meters to the pool with bar and restaurant. There is a grocery store/gas station walking distance. Grand Case is a short drive and Philipsburg is about 30 minutes during busy times. Onsight manager was prompt and friendly. "This was a wonderful accommodation. This part of the Oriental Bay is a relaxing, resort-like area a quick walk from a gorgeous beach and its many chair lunch operations as well as to about 10 great dinner restaurants. The unit is very comfortable for two with a nice balcony. Being three flights up (stairs) gets you views of palm trees, nearby buildings and lots of sun (but no ocean views). While technically above / behind some shops, you'd never know it - it feels like the nice condo complex...

"Excellent place to stay. Beautiful property inside and out. Pretty much your own private beach. Communications with owner were answered promptly. We drank our morning coffee on the beautiful terrance overlooking the beach. We will definitely go to this place again."
