This is a beautiful, renovated and tastefully furnished apartment located in a small building across the street from the ocean. Everything is brand-new. The impact glass throughout the apartment makes it very quiet inside. Pets are allowed but need to be approved, only small pets will be considered. Parking in front of the building. The condo offers:

Perfect place to stay
My siblings and I needed a base for a family trip. Could not have asked for better. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. We could stay home and cook, or walk to shops. Beach is walking distance as well. Great, safe neighborhood, Communication with management was excellent. We will definitely stay again It would be our first choice.

It was pretty much what I expected.
The apartment was good. It’s close to the beach. I’m not sure where the pool in the pictures is, but it isn’t behind the apartment. The parking are is extremely small. Only big enough for three cars. The apartment did have a few things that needed to be fixed but other than that it was a good place to rest your head .

Sweet, Clean and Great Location
We wanted quiet and easy access to the highway and groceries and were not disappointed. There is a lovely neighborhood to walk through too. We did not use the pool because it was at another location and we felt that we would be entering someone else's backyard, but that did not deter us from giving this property 5 stars.

Just as advertised.
Conveniently located across the street from a beach access path in a quiet, low rise neighborhood of older Florida duplexes and small apartment houses. The space worked perfectly for me and my sister for a 3 day visit. One BR has a big comfortable bed and large TV, and the other BR has two full beds . Nice modern bathroom, and big TV in the LR with Roku. We didn’t try the pool at the other property.

Comfortable and close to the beach
Comfortable beds, the amenities you need, and one street crossing away from beach access. Very quiet location, located close to Pura Vida Divers and Blue Heron Bridge for all the divers out there.
