« What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! « I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. »

« Everthing was as described in the listing except the hot tub. That did not look like they switch out the water as often as described unless there is metal in their water that gives it the tint. There was also sand in bottom. We only went in it once. We also had trouble figuring out the arcade. Other than that it was a great time. »

« We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. »

« We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time!
