« Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....

« I was in communication with Liat, the host. He answered questions quickly and the location was secure and immaculate. The photographs did not do justice and the layout was a perfect set up. That location was also within a 1/2 mile of a seminar local to the area. »

« This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit. »

« The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. Flowers and wine were an extra nice touch as a welcome . This home had every ammentity possible. I was visiting our adult son in his new apartment just walking distance away and my husband joined me halfway through. I felt so safe staying in the secure Propery alone. « We stayed for 8 nights; the unit was a good size; everything was clean. We did not cook in, but everything that we used was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable.
