« chambre bien décorée mais bruyante pas de réelle fenêtre avec l extérieur la climatisation est insérée dans la fenêtre et entourée d’un accordéon souple. Pas de régulation de la température de la douche. J’avais froid mais après demande j ai reçu une couverture en coton et au chauffage électrique c’était parfait! Le bar sert de délicieux cocktails le personnel est charmant »

« We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). « This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. « Had a recent stay here and place was great. Ivan is a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions and is a perfect host. Building is wonderful, safe and secure. Condo unit is very large and 2nd bedroom would be great to come back with friends. Ivan had everything we needed for our stay. Two huge TVs were a nice bonus to see as well. Sleeping beside the ocean was heaven. Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect as well. I would come back for sure. Thanks Ivan. »

« I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....
