Grand Welcome was not helpful, particularly communicative, or responsive about this. They did not respond to my inquiry about the state of the roads and property due to the storm. « Great place, but no A/C. We were there in July and it was unreasonable hot in the upstairs bedrooms to the point of not being able to sleep. The fans provided were adorable, but not enough to make a dent with keeping the air circulated. Keep this in mind during the summer, it will be HOT in that house and unbearable. Also, it would have been nice to be notified that there is a “fee” to use the pool/fitness area. $10.00 per person per day and another $2.00 for a towel. »

« The home is great, nicely furnished and good location. We did have a few issues. The home was really cold when we arrived and it took more than a day to warm up.
