« Our group was able to spread out. Many houses say they sleep 20 but that includes a lot of couches and futons. This is a house that really sleeps 20. Vladimir was great! He helped us out in a pinch and the house was beautiful and spacious and comfortable. Thank you Vladimir for great communications and quick service. We will be back next year! »

« The girls in my family came to Graeagle for the Christmas tree lighting and shopping day. We arrived to the house decorated for the holidays, heater on, and super cozy. We cooked, puzzled, and laughed our way through the weekend and had a very pleasant time. Even had a cozy fire. We would recommend this amazing mountain house to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. »

Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so...
