The pros: spacious, clean, great deck with hot tub that has easy top lift, surrounded by pines, great view of golf course, fun games in loft, nice beds upstairs. Communication with Steve was easy and he was great on the phone when we called to chat through early check out options. « The home is great, nicely furnished and good location. We did have a few issues. The home was really cold when we arrived and it took more than a day to warm up. I assume the furnace filters needs to be serviced. We closed vents in areas we were not using to try and warm it up. There were only a couple garbage bags, not a roll. « Great place, but no A/C. We were there in July and it was unreasonable hot in the upstairs bedrooms to the point of not being able to sleep. The fans provided were adorable, but not enough to make a dent with keeping the air circulated. Keep this in mind during the summer, it will be HOT in that house and unbearable. Also, it would have been nice to be notified that there is a “fee” to use the pool/fitness area. $10.00 per person per day and another $2.00 for a towel. »

« My family rented this property to spend a cozy weekend celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday. We had such a wonderful time. The house had everything you could think of/need. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. Attention to detail made the house feel so welcoming.
