« Very convenient, quiet location. Great to have kitchen facilities in the unit that included everything you needed. Good to have a laundry available especially when travelling. The only drawback for us was the mattress was very soft. »

« We stayed there for one night. It was good, nice , clean and quiet. The tv just didn't work as it was connected to foxtel and it had to be paired with it and foxtel along with a bunch of wires were stuck behind tv on the wall. We didn't bother with it as we were staying only one night. »

« Basic but ok. Cleaning requires a little attention and fittings need updating. Such as new lighting. The existing fluorescent tubes are missing the covers/diffuser and there’s no ceiling fan. Bathroom is updated and is good with the exception of a working exhaust fan. »

« I always book the Blackrock for work and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and housekeeping do a great job of maintaining the rooms. The laundry area is great to have on hand as well. »

« The attitude and rudeness of the reception lady was terrible . Carpet looks likes it’s never been cleaned - stains everywhere AC didn’t work and was filthy TV didn’t work Bed was also quite disgusting. I left early it was so bad and the receptionist still charged me. $220 per night is an absolute rip off. Don’t stay there - would have been better sleeping in my car. »

« This property was built a long time ago but still has to old time charm of a cooked breakfast delivered to your room. The room was basic and functional, lots of hot water in the shower. The reverse cycle air conditioner works perfectly. »

« Had a good sleep. We were in the front upstairs family room which has it's window facing away from the road. Also a good size quiet fridge. Nice fresh linen. New bed. Seems to have been well upgraded modestly done and simple. »
