« No code for check in was sent. we had to ask another guest for a number to contact the property manager as the number given through the website says it's disconnected. Eventually we were able to retrieve keys at nearly 3pm. The driveway upto the property is dirt and in extremely bad condition, not suitable for small hire cars! This was not stated on website! Bathroom didn't accomodate the 3 of us who were staying there with linen and toiletries. The pool/spa was heated beautifully but the spa...

"Pas un hôtel 4*. Literie inconfortable, salle de bains d'appartement bas de gamme (baignoire usée et abîmée, traces de rouille, aucune aération...), humidité affreuse malgré la fenêtre que l'on laissait ouverte toute la journée, ménage mal fait. Un cafard gisait mort dans la pièce commune pour faire une lessive. Sur les points positifs, très bon emplacement sur Cairns, personnel agréable. Excessivement cher pour cette gamme d'hôtel."
