"I checked in at 7pm ish and the 2nd shift Front desk staff (Ava and Shay I believe were thier names) were fantastic. They had to turn people away that had booked rooms already through 3rd parties. They were put in an impossible position and handled it with grace and confidence. I would not want my employer to put me in the impossible position they were in but they handled it PERFECTLY! "

"Thought this was a great value. Was doing a gig at the convention center which is so close you can easily walk if needed. Nice hotel staff. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. The room smelled funny like people that had been at the pool and dripped water into the carpet. There was no way to open the window so I wish I had brought a candle.
