Positiv: - Check-in und Kommunikation im Vorfeld - Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf den See und die Berge (sowohl von einigen Zimmern als auch von der Veranda aus) - Sehr bequeme Betten - Geräumiges Haus mit zwei Bädern - Schöner Garten - Ausstattung mit Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfen Negativ: - Sauberkeit - Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch defekt. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind fabelhaft.

A very pleasant stay, we'll come back!
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Sevrier. The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and offers beautiful views on Lake Annecy and the mountains around it. The house has everything a family or a group of adults needs to feel comtortable. We defintely want to come back.

Parfait pour se ressourcer en famille
Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans ce beau chalet, fonctionnel, au calme et avec une superbe vue sur le lac d'Annecy et les montagnes. De quoi bien décompresser pour les vacances ! Et Jacqueline a toujours été disponible en cas de question.

Super séjour, propriétaire très à l écoute chalet au top pour de grande famille. Une vue superbe, à proximité des commerces et du lac et plage, accessible à pieds, vélo ou autre. Très bien situé pour de multiple activités et exploration.

Super Lage, gemütliches Chalet
Wir haben uns in dem Haus rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den See sind wunderbar. Man ist in 15 Minuten am See oder der nächsten größeren Bushaltstelle und kann so das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Außerdem ist es in Sevrier deutlich ruhiger als im trubeligen Annecy selbst, was einen im Urlaub richtig schön entspannen lässt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Kleiner Tipp: Bettbezüge sollte man sich mitbringen.

Magnifique séjour
Très beau chalet avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes d'où l'ont voit les parapentes décoller ainsi que les montgolfières. Très propre a notre arrivée rien a redire Jacqueline et une super hôte Nous avons visiter Annecy Fais du paddle de la plongée un vrai régal Commerce proche nous y allions a pieds Nous nous sommes régalés et je suis retombé en enfance grâce à Jacqueline qui est au petit soin avec ses hôtes Un grand merci de toute la famille Nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir

Rustikales Haus
Sehr nette Begrüßung durch den Nachbar, der auch sonst immer zu Stelle war, wenn etwas gebraucht wurde. Leider war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber als wir ankamen und sollte dringend einmal eine wirkliche Grundreinigung bekommen. Die Bäder sind schon ziemlich alt aber okay, die Küche gut ausgestattet und hier fehlt es eigentlich an nichts. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist wirklich toll, der Zugang zum Garten mit einem schönen Eckchen zum Sitzen und Essen etwas länger, aber daran haben wir uns schnellt gewöhnt. Leider hört man sehr viel Auto- und Motorradlärm von der Straße, sowohl bei den Zimmern nach vorne vom See her, als auch bei dem Zimmer nach hinten von der Straße zum Leschaux.

La maison est bien située (10 minutes à pieds de la plage municipale) avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée, dommage que la propreté n'ai pas été au rendez-vous...faire le ménage quand on arrive en vacances n' est pas l' activité qu' on préfère!

merveilleux séjour à Annecy
La maison est très bien située, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Elle est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, agréable à vivre. L'accès au lac peut se faire à pied sans problème. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été excellent. L'accueil sur place également. Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location et nous la recommandons.

Beau jardin avec belle vue mais maison très inconfortable
Maison près du lac et bien organisée. Le jardin est grand et très belle vue. Par contre mauvaise literie, canapé très inconfortable, portes vitrées qui se ferment très difficilement. Procédure d'arrivée : personne (co ntrairement à ce qui était prévu) juste la porte ouverte avec la clé sur la table . Prestation drap facturée assez chère pour certains draos troués

Vue magnifique et maison pratique.
Très bon séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons apprécié la table de ping-pong et les nouveaux relax de jardin. Literie de la chambre du bas à remplacer car trop molle.

Très bien situé !
Chalet spacieux, une vue dont on ne se lasses pas. Pour moi le gros point fort de ce chalet est sa situation. Pas très loin d'Annecy, au pied de la montagne et surtout à 10 minutes à pied de la plage surveillée et gratuite, idéal pour les enfants.

Location vraiment génial. Maison vraiment au top dans un quartier tranquille avec une superbe vue sur le Lac. Grand terrain qui permet aux enfants de bien s’amuser et au grand de bien profiter du soleil. Il manque juste une piscine… La localisation et très bien aussi.. Vraiment proche d’Annecy (nous sommes allé à la fête du lac à pied avec les enfants sans problème) et à 10 minute à pied de la plage. De plus il y a un départ de rando juste à côté. Nous avons vraiment hâte de revenir sur Annecy et si c’est possible nous reprendrons cette loc sans la moindre hésitation .

La description sur le site correspond à ce que nous avons trouvé. Une vue imprenable sur le lac, un grand jardin (il y avait même des tables pour manger dehors, une table de ping-pong), une grande pièce à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la location. Le tout étant bien sur dans un cadre de rêve : baignades tous les soirs dans le lac (pas besoin de piscine), des balades sympathiques, des prospectus dans la location pour préparer sa journée du lendemain... Des vacances extraordinaires dans une région exceptionnelle!

Beau chalet et belle vue Tout confort calme et proche du lac Beaucoup de choses a faire promenades , randonnées , visites et plage(quand il fait beau 2014 année décevante au niveau du temps) malgré tout cela nous a bien plu et nous en avons d'autant plus de regrets L'habitation état propre dans l'ensemble , des documents sur place indiquent les différentes activites à faire. Ballaee en bateau sur le lac avec restauration trés agréable. Annecy est une belle ville surtout la vielle ville A recommander et bon séjour surtout si le temps est de la partie

"Great accommodation with...
"Great accommodation with wonderful views, which fully lived up to the description and our expectations. The property was an ideal base from which we could attend the wedding of our son in Sevrier. The equipment and facilities in the property were more than adequate for the 8 people for whom it was designed and enabled us with some ease to feed a veritable army of visiting family members. It was a pity that the availability of towels was not shown in the property description because it could have saved us much need baggage space had we known they were supplied. Mirrors and waste bins in the bedrooms would have been useful. Mirrors only in the bathrooms caused some inconvenience when 8 people were all trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time. Although the property was superficially clean, it was in need of an in-depth spring clean (perhaps because we were late in the season) Car parking in the narrow drive with limited turning space was a problem when more than one car was present. But these are little quibbles compared with the great pleasure we had at the property and the wonderful views which greeted us every morning."

Belle location avec vue sur le lac. Nous étions 6 adultes, deux enfants ainsi qu'un chien. Avons loué cette demeure une semaine. Est facile d'accès et endroit très calme. La personne qui nous a reçus était sympathique. Lors de la prise de ce chalet, la propreté lors de la prise laissait un peu à désirer. Au point de vue des articles de ménages, je pense qu'il y aurait lieu de changer les casseroles, lesquelles sont pleines de calcaires ainsi que les poêles usagers. Sinon, la location était super.
