"Wow well located in heart of all attractions. Walking to every visiting site no need for taxis. The place is nice and clean. When you using the room upstairs there’s a few stairs to climb. The terrace is nice and full sun if you want or dhade that can be used. Alejandra was very helpful and available all the time. She explained must see’s and gave us directions, maps, cost sheet, etc. Totally recommend!"

The place is filled with a carefully curated collection of art and artifacts, and it feels like you are staying in the home of a family that has been owned the property for generations. "Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"The apartment is in great condition. it’s location is quite good if your interest is to stay at the city center. A supermarket around the corner well equipped. The beds, appliances, and accommodations are confortable and in great condition. The hot water is really hot and sufficient. The wifi needs more megas to my understanding. Feedback to the owner would be to provide paper towel, more garbage disposable bags and some basic seasoning items such as salt and pepper. Also detergent. But...

But the rooftop terrace is amazing — wish we had more days to hang out there! The neighborhood is great - and Isla Morada which is about 20 steps from the apartment has lovely tapas. "We loved the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the place didn't feel clean, several people had bug bites from sleeping in the beds, towels smelled rank from not being dried in a timely fashion, glassware and mugs were too few to even have a glass of wine or cup of coffee with the whole group. And though it may not be standard practice in Europe, in the US we would expect soap, shampoo and enough toilet paper to last our stay. We had none of these provided."

Well equipped and comfortable apartment with four bedrooms and bathrooms. Top floor terrace gave outside space too.
